Delivery T&Cs
We endeavour to send all orders within 48 hours of ordering on weekdays. All orders are sent via Royal Mail with some larger items registered or ‘Signed For’.
Overseas items are sent using Royal Mail’s International letter and parcel services. We will provide a tracking reference for overseas packages, and the buyer is responsible for tracking their package.
Please note that some countries (such as the Netherlands) may charge an extra customs fee/tax for items sent from outside the EU. If customs fees are not paid, the package is returned to us, If this happens, we may charge for reposting or refund minus the original p&p fee.
Our prices are based on standard delivery charges and do not include the additional taxes or fees imposed by the country receiving the item.
