Delivery T&Cs
We endeavour to send all orders within 48 hours of ordering within normal working office hours (Monday – Friday)
Overseas items are sent using Royal Mail’s International letter and parcel services. We will provide a tracking reference for overseas packages, and the buyer is responsible for tracking their package.
Please note that the USA charge an extra customs fee/tax for items sent from the UK.
Our prices are based on standard delivery charges and include the additional taxes or fees imposed by the country receiving the item. Please note that this is a fairly new system for us and mistakes can happen. If we find that we have charged the wrong amount and it cannot be covered by us, we will be in touch to discuss options.
